I still have not received it
Had a tragedy in my life the same time I started so.....
I hope to be able to review again in a few weeks, but I just received my order on 8/3 after placing the order on 7/17. I am perplexed as to why it took 17 days to receive. Hopefully the product works well for me and I can give another review to upgrade the star rating. And I hope the reorder auto shipment doesn't take 17 days again.
I just received this email to give my feedback on the product that I ordered 14 days ago. My answer... I wouldn't know because it hasn't even shipped yet.!! I have tried contacting bepic through email and through the contact form and I have yet to receive any reply. Very poor customer service. I have read that delays are due to covid-19 but I have ordered from many different places since coronavirus and I have not once experienced such a delay. Very disappointed.
